LI Politics.com was founded by Long Island resident and well regarded public affairs professional, Anthony Manetta.
Mr Manetta formed LI Politics.com to fill a need for accurate, canadian viagra of the active Long Island political scene. Often overshadowed by New York City and New York State politics, Long Island has been neglected for far too long. Mr. Manetta recognized this void and has been providing top-flight coverage of LI Politics since the summer of 2001
LI Politics.com has grown tremendously since 2001. Averaging only 100 views per day in our initial month, to averaging well over 10,000 views per day in November of 2003.
The site is in the Top 5 nationally in SEO for Long Island political searches and maintains thousands of daily loyal followers.
In 2010, Jim Dobkowski, the former Press Secretary to the Suffolk County Legislature and political consultant, moved back to Long Island after six years freelancing in the Film Industry. Mr. Dobkowski took over as the site’s editor in 2011, redesigning LIPolitics.com to be a portal for local news media, press releases and events.
Today, LI Politics.com has become the center for Long Island Political News & Information.
