Billy Dean, viagra sales Co-owner of 3500 Sunrise Hwy in Wantagh told “The Ed Tyll Radio Show” (syndicated all over the USA) that there will be “no adult entertainment” in his new venue located at 3500 Sunrise Highway in Wantagh. He also said that they would certainly look to move forward with this project and would sign a covedent that say there would be no adult entertainment”.

Billy also said ” I have another business in Bellmore where I run a Gentlemen’s Club and they immediately jumped on the assumption this was going to be a strip club even though I didn’t apply for adult entertainment, I applied for cabaret use which is NOT adult entertainment. You can’t read into ones mind and determine they are going to commit a crime. This is how they are treating me like I am a criminal that’s going to commit a crime”.

I have followed this story since the beginning. How does the Town of Hempstead take away someones civil rights is ludacris. The town issued a permit to two business owners and without even opening they take the permit away? Why didnt they let them operate? What country are we living in?
