Taking a break from The Right Hook’s #DIY 2012 Election coverage, our own “Rated R Republican” John Brodigan sits down with New York state senator Lee Zeldin to discuss the PFC Joseph Dwyer Program to help combat post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as the responsibility we all have to our veterans (particularly the younger ones) as they all return home.
State Senator Lee M. Zeldin (R-C-I, Shirley) today applauded the decision of State Supreme Court Justice R. Bruce Cozzins Jr., for ruling the MTA Payroll Tax unconstitutional. Senator Zeldin has been an outspoken critic of this tax which was created in May 2009 to bailout the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
This new law prohibits an entity from requiring an individual to disclose their SSN, unless the disclosure is otherwise required by law or covered under an exemption provided for legitimate purposes.
