Suffolk County Legislators Bill Lindsay III and Sarah Anker will join Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone to sign legislation to give voters a choice in November to merge the Treasurer’s Office and the Suffolk County Comptroller’s Office. Suffolk County is the only county out of 62 in New York State to have both an elected Comptroller and a Treasurer.
